Software Development Engineer - II

Responsibilities:

• Build and secure systems used by 300k+ doctors daily.
• Work on large-scale streaming infrastructure.
• Implement secure playback flows (tokenization, DRM, encryption).
• Protect APIs from scraping, replay, and abuse (bots).
• Analyze logs and improve system security and reliability.
• Contribute to high-scale VOD systems.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Python or Go (Flask, FastAPI, Beego, Gin, etc. ).
• Experience building and securing REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of SSL/TLS and cryptography basics (AES, RSA, HMAC, SHA, Base64).
• Working knowledge of AWS or GCP basics (roles, logs, scaling, DNS).
• Comfortable with Linux, log analysis, and networking fundamentals (OSI model, TCP/UDP, ports, proxies).
• Exposure to HLS/DASH streaming.
• Experience with mitmproxy or packet inspection tools (Wireshark, eBPF, etc. ).
• Familiarity with CDN.
