A Typical Day Involves
- Productionizing and maintaining ML models - deploying models to production and ensuring their ongoing reliability
- Monitoring model health and data drift - developing algorithms to detect and address performance degradation and data quality issues
- Accelerating the ML/AI path to production - partnering closely with scientists to streamline the journey from development to deployment
- Building observability and alerting infrastructure - architecting tools to monitor, trace, and alert on AI model outputs
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- 4+ years of building large-scale machine-learning infrastructure for online recommendation, ads ranking, personalization or search experience
- Knowledge of Machine Learning and LLM fundamentals, including transformer architecture, training/inference lifecycles, and optimization techniques
