Software Development Engineer at A FinTech Company

Responsibilities

• Build scalable microservices using Node.js/NestJS and Golang.
• Develop event-driven systems using Kafka and Redis.
• Optimize MySQL/MongoDB queries and application performance.
• Build scalable, backward-compatible APIs.
• Deploy and manage services on Kubernetes, AWS, and GCP.
• Drive system architecture and end-to-end feature development.
• Use AI coding tools like Cursor, Copilot, and Claude.
• Collaborate with Product, Frontend, Data, and DevOps teams.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong experience with Node.js, NestJS, and Golang.
• Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with Kafka, Redis, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, AWS, and GCP.
• Understanding of API design, monitoring, and system reliability.
• Strong system design and problem-solving skills.
