Software Development Engineer – 2 (SDE-2) to join our engineering team. In this role, you'll take ownership of designing, building, and scaling core platform capabilities while working closely with product, AI, and engineering teams. You'll contribute to architectural decisions, mentor junior engineers, and help build high-quality, scalable enterprise SaaS products powered by AI. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and modern web applications.
• Own end-to-end delivery of features from design through deployment and monitoring.
• Build robust, secure, and high-performance APIs and distributed systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions for business requirements.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Continuously improve engineering processes, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality standards. Required Skills
• 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in

Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript .

• Excellent understanding of

Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Design .

• Strong experience with backend frameworks such as

Spring Boot, Node.js, or NestJS .

• Experience building scalable REST APIs and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with React.js and modern frontend development practices.
• Good understanding of distributed systems, caching, asynchronous processing, and messaging systems.
• Experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills
• Experience with cloud platforms such as

AWS, GCP, or Azure .

• Hands-on experience with

Docker, Kubernetes , and containerized deployments.

• Exposure to event-driven architectures, Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
• Experience building AI/ML-enabled products or integrating Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with observability tools, monitoring, and production support.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading technical initiatives.

Eligibility

• B.E./B.Tech (CS, IT, Electronics) / MCA / M.Sc. (CS or IT).
• 3–5 years of relevant software development experience.
