We are currently seeking a Software Development Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

Provide solution context and analysis to different stakeholders across all areas, including rollout leads, tribe leads, and delivery teams.

Prepare structured documentation (Confluence, Epics, BRD) for review and sign-off.

Give feedback on completeness and consistency of requirements and scope.

Align with technical solution architecture and enterprise architecture to ensure solution decisions are consistent witharchitectural standards and guardrails

Flag risks,gaps,andcross-area dependencies for rollout leads to act on.

Use AI tooling to accelerate analysis and content generation.

PROFILE

Technical Knowledge (most important)

. Deep, hands-on familiarity with BMP, platform modules, data structures, integrations, and configuration boundaries.

. Ability to read and interpret existing code and system behavior to inform gap analysis.

. Clear understanding of what the platform can and cannot do, and where local configuration applies.

Business Understanding

. Solid grasp of the BMP business case, strategic targets, expected outcomes, and insurance process

vision

. Familiarity with insurance business processes (motor or non-motor) and their mapping to platform

capabilities

. Ability to connect business requirements to technical constraints and surface trade-offs clearly

. Able to assess whether a proposed solution is technically and functionally feasible, bridging the

gap between what the business wants and what the platform can realistically deliver

. Able to evaluate solution options against constraints such as time, platform boundaries, maintenance overhead, and business goals, and advise on the best approach with a clear recommendation

. Knowledge of all personas and stakeholders involved in the full end-to-end process, understanding their roles, needs, and interdependencies

Ways of Working

. Strong communicator across business and technical stakeholders, translating technical concepts into

business language and business context into technical direction

. Familiar with agile delivery understands how squads and rollout teams operate

. Experience with Confluence and Jira
