• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web and windows applications using the Microsoft technology stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, solve complex problems, and deliver quality software.
• Ensure code quality, organization, and automation throughout the development lifecycle. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience: 3 to 4 years of mandatory, hands-on experience working within the

.NET Framework .

• Core Tech Stack: Proficient in

ASP.NET, C#, MVC, CSS, jQuery, Xamarin, XML, and JSON .

• Database Knowledge: Strong expertise in relational databases (

SQL or Oracle ).

• Architecture: Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• APIs: Proficient in developing and integrating

Web Services and

Web APIs .

• Tools: Solid understanding and hands-on experience with code versioning tools (e.g., Git, SVN).
• Language Proficiency: Must be fully proficient/fluent in both English and Kannada (written and verbal communication). What We Value
