Software Developer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and building scalable, high-performance applications. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to contribute across the full software development lifecycle. You will work closely with Product, Operations, and Leadership teams to design, develop, and deploy robust solutions while driving technical excellence and innovation. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using

Python and

FastAPI .

• Build and enhance modern full-stack applications using

React ,

JavaScript , and

Express.js .

• Design efficient database schemas, write optimized SQL queries, and manage database migrations using

PostgreSQL .

• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on

AWS EC2 ,

Nginx , and related cloud infrastructure.

• Develop and implement AI-powered automation workflows using

n8n or similar automation platforms.

• Take end-to-end ownership of technical projects—from architecture and development to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions, improve system architecture, and deliver high-quality software.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring application reliability, scalability, and security.
• Follow software engineering best practices, including code reviews, documentation, testing, and continuous improvement. Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in

Python and

FastAPI .

• Good working knowledge of

JavaScript ,

React , and

Express.js .

• Hands-on experience with

PostgreSQL , including schema design, query optimization, and migrations.

• Experience deploying and managing applications on

AWS EC2 ,

Nginx , and Linux-based environments.

• Experience building AI-enabled workflows using

n8n or similar automation tools.

• Strong understanding of scalable system architecture, API design, and backend best practices.
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive projects to successful completion. Good to Have
• Experience with

Salesforce integrations or development.

• Exposure to the

Logistics ,

Supply Chain , or

Freight Forwarding domain.

• Experience implementing

CI/CD pipelines .

• Basic knowledge of

DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure.

• Prior experience working in a

startup or
