Role & responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-scale AI-enabled applications and automation platforms.
• Define technical roadmaps, architecture standards, coding standards, and best practices for the AI Automation Team.
• Drive AI solutioning strategies and oversee implementation of AI-powered business solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Python Full Stack Developers and Senior Developers across projects.
• Review and approve solution designs, architecture documents, and implementation approaches.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA Leadership, and Business Stakeholders to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead technical discussions for application modernization, AI integration, automation frameworks, and platform scalability.
• Design scalable microservices architecture, cloud-native applications, and AI integration frameworks.
• Ensure application security, performance optimization, reliability, maintainability, and governance compliance.
• Oversee CI/CD, DevOps practices, deployment automation, and cloud infrastructure alignment.
• Drive proof of concepts (POCs), innovation initiatives, and adoption of emerging AI technologies.
• Support project estimation, technical planning, risk assessment, and delivery governance.
