Job Description

We are seeking a System Analyst with a strong foundation in coding, analytical thinking, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate should be comfortable understanding system requirements, identifying technical issues, and working with the team to develop and improve system functionality.

Candidates with a willingness to learn, a practical approach to problem-solving, and an interest in technology-driven solutions are encouraged to apply. Freshers with relevant technical knowledge and experienced candidates are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business and system requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and help resolve system-related issues.
• Understand existing systems, workflows, and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Work with the relevant teams to support system development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
• Assist in identifying bugs, analysing errors, and validating system functionality.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, system reports, and process records.
• Support system optimisation, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Communicate technical findings and solutions clearly to team members and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Coding knowledge is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Basic understanding of computer systems, software, and system workflows.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Malayalam is mandatory.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, C, C++, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with databases, SQL, APIs, software testing, or debugging.
• Understanding of system analysis, software development, or technical documentation.
• Academic projects, internships, or practical coding experience.

Educational Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Software Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Freshers with relevant coding knowledge and practical technical skills may apply.
• Experienced candidates with relevant technical experience are also encouraged to apply.
