Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer with strong hands-on experience in modern .NET application development, multithreading, Web APIs, React, SQL Server, software design patterns and modern application architectures. The candidate should be capable of designing, developing, debugging and optimizing scalable, maintainable and high-performance applications.

Software Architecture & Code Design

• Strong understanding of SOLID principles, Clean Code, low coupling and high cohesion.
• Practical knowledge of design patterns and ability to select patterns based on the problem rather than applying patterns mechanically.
• Ability to design applications using Layered/N-Tier, Clean, Onion and Hexagonal architectures.
• Understanding of Modular Monolith and Microservices architecture and their trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.
• Troubleshoot complex application and production issues.
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps and product teams.
• Contribute to modernization of existing applications and migration toward modern .NET architectures.

Preferred / Added Advantage

• Experience in Pharma, MES, SCADA, Industrial Automation or Manufacturing systems.
• Experience with PLC/DCS integration, OPC/OPC UA or industrial communication protocols.
• Experience with real-time or high-volume data processing.
• Exposure to cloud-native application development.

Expected Candidate Profile
The candidate should be more than an implementation-focused programmer: they should be able to understand requirements, evaluate architectural alternatives, design appropriate components and interfaces, write production-quality code, troubleshoot complex problems and explain the technical reasoning behind their design decisions.
