We're seeking an experienced developer who excels across our tech stack building robust backend services, scalable applications, and native mobile experiences. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of technical decisions, mentor junior developers, and directly influence our product direction.
**What We're Looking For:**
Strong expertise in **JavaScript & Node.js** — comfortable building and optimizing server-side applications
Proven experience with **React Native** or native mobile development (iOS/Android)
Ability to architect scalable solutions across frontend and backend
Experience mentoring team members and leading technical projects
Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and system design
Problem-solving mindset with attention to code quality and best practices
Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills
**Experience & Compensation:**
**1-3 years experience:** 60,000/month
**3-5 years experience:** Up to 1,00,000/month
Compensation is based on your experience level, portfolio, and demonstrated expertise.
