Technical Resource – ERP Application Development, Maintenance & Enhancement . This role is ideal for someone who can go beyond basic coding and CRUD development — someone who can

understand business requirements, work with an existing ERP ecosystem, develop and enhance modules, build APIs, work with databases, generate analytical reports and integrate AI-powered capabilities into enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, maintain and enhance

ERP modules and business workflows

• Understand business/functional requirements and convert them into technical solutions
• Develop and maintain backend applications using

Python and/or Laravel/PHP

• Develop and integrate

REST APIs with internal and external systems

• Work with databases, SQL queries, data processing and data migration
• Develop

reports, dashboards and analytical reports based on ERP data

• Integrate different ERP modules and third-party systems
• Implement business rules, validations, workflows, notifications and automation
• Troubleshoot existing ERP modules, identify performance issues and resolve bugs
• Participate in testing, deployment, documentation and ongoing ERP support
• Ensure proper security, access control and data integrity within ERP applications
• Work closely with functional teams/users to understand requirements and improve ERP processes

Preferred Technical Skills :

• Strong hands-on experience in

Python and/or Laravel/PHP

• Good knowledge of

REST API development and integration

• Strong understanding of

MySQL

• Good knowledge of

SQL, database design and data processing

• Experience in developing

MIS reports, dashboards and analytical reports

• Knowledge of

JavaScript/HTML/CSS and frontend integration

• Knowledge of

Git/version control and software development practices

• Experience with third-party API and system integrations
• Knowledge of

OpenAI APIs / LLM integration and AI-enabled application development

• Experience in implementing AI features such as

AI-assisted search, report analysis, summarization, conversational interfaces or workflow automation will be an advantage

• Knowledge of

RAG, embeddings, vector databases or AI agents will be an added advantage

ERP/Domain Skills : The candidate should have the ability to understand and work with different ERP functional areas such as:

• Student/Academic Management
• Admission & Registration
• Attendance
• Examination & Assessment
• HR & Employee Management
• Payroll
• Finance & Accounts
• Purchase & Inventory
• Workflow & Approval Management
• Reports, MIS and Analytics Prior experience with

University/College ERP, Education ERP, Enterprise Applications or other large-scale business applications will be highly preferred.

Candidate Profile : We are looking for someone who is not limited to basic coding or CRUD application development. The candidate should be able to

understand an existing ERP system, analyze business requirements, work with databases, develop APIs, modify existing modules, and create analytical reports. AI/OpenAI integration experience will be strongly preferred.
