📌 Role Overview

• Job Title: Software Developer (Ruby + Python)
• Experience Required: 2.5 to 4 Years (

Strictly No Freshers )

• Work Location: Mumbai (100% On-site / Mandatory )
• Compensation: ₹5.0 – ₹7.0 LPA (Based on experience)
• Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred (Max 30 days)
• Education: B.E. / B.Tech (Computer Science / IT preferred)

Interview Process:

• Round 1 & 2: Virtual / Online Technical Assessment 🖥️
• Final Round: Face-to-Face Interview at Mumbai Office 🏢 (Mandatory for final selection)

🛠️ Core Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using Ruby (Rails) and Python frameworks.
• API Integration: Build scalable REST APIs and integrate them seamlessly with dynamic, JS-based frontend applications.
• Architecture & Best Practices: Collaborate on application architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices. Maintain high coding standards through active code reviews.
• DevOps & Cloud: Participate in deployment processes, automated CI/CD pipelines, and basic cloud setups.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor and support junior developers while confidently interacting with internal teams and stakeholders.

📋 Mandatory Technical Skills

• Backend: Solid commercial experience with

Ruby on Rails AND

Python .

• Frontend: Hands-on experience with any modern

JavaScript-based frontend framework (React, Vue.js, Angular, etc.).

• Database: Strong proficiency in

MySQL or

PostgreSQL .

• APIs: Expert knowledge of

JSON and

REST API development.

• DevOps & Tools: Git, Linux environment, and working knowledge of

CI/CD pipelines .

• Cloud: Basic understanding of

AWS ecosystem (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.).
