We're Hiring: Software Developer (Platform & Product Development)

We're looking for a curious, hands-on software developer who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and taking ownership of products.

This is an opportunity to become a key member of our technology team, working on the development, enhancement, and long-term management of our digital learning platform. While prior experience with our platform is not required, you should be excited to learn new technologies and build deep expertise over time.

What You'll Do

• Develop and enhance features for our web-based learning platform.
• Maintain and improve existing applications and integrations.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across the application stack.
• Work with product, design, and content teams to translate ideas into working solutions.
• Participate in planning, testing, deployment, and ongoing platform improvements.
• Take increasing ownership of the platform's architecture, performance, reliability, and security.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

• Strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving ability.
• Experience with Python and modern web development frameworks.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Linux environments, Git, and SQL databases.
• Exposure to Docker, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps practices is an advantage.
• The ability to quickly learn new technologies and work independently.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

You'll Stand Out If You Have Experience With

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Django or similar Python frameworks
• API integrations
• CI/CD pipelines
