About this role
Role Overview
We are looking for a Software Developer with experience in Identity & Access
Management (IAM) to design, develop, and support secure authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle solutions using the Ping Identity platform.
Key Responsibilities Management (IAM) to design, develop, and support secure authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle solutions using the Ping Identity platform.
- Develop and integrate IAM solutions for enterprise applications and APIs.
- Implement SSO, MFA, federation, and access management capabilities.
- Configure and support Ping Identity products and IAM workflows.
- Build integrations using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, LDAP, SCIM,
and REST APIs. - Collaborate with security, cloud, and application teams to deliver secure access
solutions. - Troubleshoot and optimize authentication, authorization, and identity
provisioning processes
- Hands-on experience with:
- PingFederate (SSO, Federation, Authentication)
- PingOne (Cloud IAM)
- PingID (MFA, Adaptive Authentication)
- PingDirectory (Identity Directory Services)
- PingAccess (Application & API Protection)
- PingAuthorize (Fine-Grained Authorization)
- PingIDM (Identity Lifecycle Management)
- PingAM (Access Management)
- PingGateway (Identity-Aware Gateway)
- PingOne DaVinci (Identity Journey Orchestration)
- Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0, LDAP, SCIM, and JWT.
- Experience with REST APIs and secure application development.
- Advanced SQL
- Python for test automation
- ETL / data migration testing
- Data-quality frameworks (Great Expectations, Deequ, dbt tests or similar)
- Defect management and test reporting
- Python development and automation.
- AWS Services (IAM, Cognito, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS).
- Modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or Node.js.
- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Knowledge of Zero Trust, API Security, and cloud security best practices
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- Experience implementing enterprise IAM and security solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
