NightShift Software Business Analyst & Support US Healthcare

Will work closely with USbased healthcare clients, understanding their workflows, resolving operational issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of clinical, billing, and RCM applications. This role requires strong analytical skills, domain knowledge in US healthcare, and the ability to provide timely support during US business hours.

• 2–5 years experience as a Business Analyst or Support Analyst in US Healthcare (EHR/EMR, RCM, PM systems).

• Strong understanding of CPT, ICD10, HCPCS, claims lifecycle, and payer workflows.

• Ability to analyze logs, SQL queries (basic), and interface messages (HL7 preferred).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for US client interaction.

• Strong problemsolving and rootcause analysis capability.

• Ability to work independently during US night shift (IST night).

Preferred

• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, API workflows, or integration troubleshooting.
• Exposure to RCM operations (coding, charge entry, payment posting, AR).
• Experience writing user stories for Agile teams.
