Software Asset Management Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for software licensing support requests.
• Knowledge of software licensing models (subscription, perpetual, concurrent, named user entitlements).
• Experience in software asset management, license management
• Assist users with software installation/uninstallation license activation, deactivation, renewal, and transfer processes.
• Coordinate with software vendors and internal IT teams to resolve licensing issues.
• Provide timely updates to users on the status of their support requests.
• Diagnose and resolve common licensing issues, escalating complex cases to higher-level support when required.
  Support software license compliance activities
• Basic knowledge of software asset management (SAM).
• Knowledge in EXCEL.
