Software Architect with strong Snowflake expertise to join as an Individual Contributor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-performance data solutions while actively contributing to development. This role requires deep technical expertise and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement enterprise-grade data solutions using Snowflake.
• Work as a hands-on individual contributor, actively involved in development and delivery.
• Define and implement data architecture, data models, and ETL/ELT frameworks.
• Ensure scalability, performance optimization, and cost efficiency in Snowflake environments.
• Lead the design of data pipelines, integrations, and transformations.
• Establish best practices for data governance, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship where required.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and architectural improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in Snowflake.
• Proven experience as a Software Architect or Senior Data Engineer/Architect role.
• Expertise in data warehousing, data modeling (star/snowflake schema), and large-scale data processing.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Snowflake features (tasks, streams, stored procedures, performance tuning).
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools (Informatica, dbt, Talend, or similar).
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience in architecture design, system scalability, and performance optimization.
• Ability to work independently and drive solutions end-to-end.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python or other scripting languages.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
