Software Analyst

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Linux, and enterprise application development.
• Ability to understand business requirements, perform impact analysis, and design scalable end-to-end technical solutions from concept to implementation.
• Experience designing microservices, distributed systems, REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and controller-service-repository application layers.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, design patterns, architectural best practices, and writing clean, maintainable, and extensible code.
• Expertise in performance optimization, caching strategies, database optimization, scalability, high availability, and resilient system design.
• Experience integrating with third-party systems, enterprise platforms, messaging systems, and complex API ecosystems.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across application, database, messaging, infrastructure, and production environments using root cause analysis.
• Good understanding of Kubernetes, containerization, deployment architecture, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and cloud-native application development.
• Ability to evaluate technical feasibility, develop proofs-of-concept (POCs), recommend optimal solutions, and independently drive projects from design through production deployment.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers, conduct code and design reviews, produce high-quality technical documentation, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
