Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Backend Developer with hands-on experience in Java and SQL to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Core Java, database concepts, logical and analytical thinking, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using Java.
• Write, optimize, and maintain efficient SQL queries.
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues and implement appropriate solutions.
• Understand business and technical requirements and deliver assigned tasks within agreed timelines.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and follow established coding and development standards.
• Contribute to maintaining code quality, performance, and application reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong understanding of Core Java, OOP concepts, Collections, and Exception Handling.
• Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with effective communication abilities.
• Knowledge of Spring Boot and REST APIs will be an added advantage.
