Soft Skills Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, activity-based training in soft skills, communication, verbal ability and placement readiness.

• Conduct Group Discussions, mock interviews, presentations, role plays, debates and extempore activities.

• Train students in spoken English, professional communication, workplace etiquette and interview skills, verbal ability.

• Assess student performance and provide specific, actionable feedback.

• Identify communication and behavioural gaps and provide targeted coaching.

• Manage large and mixed-ability classrooms effectively.

• Develop and update training content, activities, assessments and question banks.

• Track student attendance, performance and progress.

• Work on training programmes and placement-readiness initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in English, Communication, Education, Psychology or a related discipline preferred.

• 25 years of experience in soft skills, communication, corporate or student training.

• Strong command of spoken and written English.

• Experience in GD training, mock interviews and presentation skills.

• Strong classroom facilitation and student engagement skills. Key Competencies
