Soft Skills Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver soft skills training programs for aspirants, focusing on communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in aspirants performance and develop customized training solutions to address them.
• Develop curriculum materials, such as lesson plans, presentations, and handouts, using adult learning principles.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in corporate training or a related field (e.g., education).
• Strong understanding of soft skills concepts including communication, personality development, and learning & development.
• Ability to design engaging and interactive training sessions that cater to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in creating effective presentation materials using various formats (e.g., PowerPoint slides).
