Soft Skills Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver soft skills training programs for aspirants .
• Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in aspirants performance and develop customized training lessons.
• Develop and maintain relationships with aspirants to understand their requirements and improvements.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of soft skills such as communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, etc.
• Ability to design engaging training materials and presentations using various formats (e.g., PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills.
