Soft Skills Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver soft skills training programs for aspirants, focusing on communication, personality development, and interpersonal skills.
• Conduct needs assessment to identify gaps in aspirants performance and develop customized training solutions to address them.
• Develop curriculum materials, such as presentations, handouts, and role-plays, to support training sessions.
• Provide coaching and feedback to participants during the training process.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in corporate training or learning & development.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies (e.g., ADDIE model).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Ability to analyze data from evaluations/surveys to inform future program improvements.
