Soft Skills Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver soft skills training programs for corporate clients, focusing on communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Conduct needs assessment to identify gaps in employee performance and develop customized training solutions to address them.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored services.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and make necessary improvements.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or English Language Trainer in an IT Services & Consulting industry setting.
• Strong expertise in corporate training, English language training (spoken), and communication skills training.
• Ability to design engaging training modules that cater to diverse learning styles and preferences.
