Job Title: Soft Skills / English Trainer
Location: Aurangabad, Maharashtra (Aurangabad, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar District)
Total Experience: 2 - 4 Years
Salary Range: Up to 3 LPA (based on experience and skill set)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Soft Skills / English Trainer to enhance the communication, interpersonal, and employability skills of candidates. The ideal candidate should be proficient in English, Hindi, and the local language, with a passion for training and mentoring individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training sessions on soft skills, communication skills, and English language proficiency
• Conduct interview preparation sessions including mock interviews and personality development
• Assess trainees progress and provide constructive feedback
• Develop and customize training materials as per program requirements
• Support candidates in improving interpersonal and professional communication skills
• Maintain training records, reports, and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams for training-related activities and program execution
• Willingness to travel locally as required for training delivery

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Graduate / MBA
• Total 2 -4 Years Experience
• Experience: Minimum 2 year of operational or relevant training experience
• Languages: Good command over English, Hindi, and local language

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good interpersonal and mentoring abilities
• Knowledge of training methodologies and activities
• Ability to engage and manage diverse groups of learners
• Adaptability and willingness to travel
