Soft Skills Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver soft skills training programs for aspirants.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in aspirant performance and develop customized training solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with aspirants to understand their requirements and provide tailored lessons.
• Monitor progress, track results, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in corporate training or related field.
• Strong understanding of learning and development principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
