Soft Skills Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver corporate training programs on soft skills, personality development, communication, and learning and development.
• Conduct needs assessment to identify gaps in employee skills and develop customized training solutions.
• Develop curriculum for various modules such as effective communication, conflict resolution, teamwork, etc.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in corporate training or related field.
• Strong expertise in developing and delivering soft skills training programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage audiences effectively.
• Ability to analyze data from evaluation metrics to improve future program design.
