Soft Skills Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver soft skills training programs for aspirants across various industries.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in aspirants skills and develop customized training solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with aspirants to understand their requirements and provide lessons.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, or related field.
• Strong understanding of soft skills such as communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, etc.
• Ability to design engaging and interactive training sessions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
