Soft Skills Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver soft skills training programs for corporate clients, focusing on communication, personality development, and interpersonal skills.
• Conduct needs assessment to identify gaps in employee performance and develop customized training solutions to address them.
• Develop curriculum materials, presentations, and evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure high-quality delivery of training services.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in corporate training or learning & development industry.
• Strong expertise in areas such as communication training, personality development, soft skills training, etc.
• Ability to design engaging and interactive training sessions that cater to diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
