Soft Skills Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver soft skills training programs for insurance professionals to enhance their communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Conduct call audits to identify areas of improvement in customer service quality and provide feedback to agents on their performance.
• Develop behavioral training modules to address specific skill gaps identified through audits or feedback from managers.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning materials that meet the needs of diverse learners.

Job Requirements :

• 2-11 years of experience in behavioural skills, soft skills training, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of insurance industry trends and regulations.
• Proven track record in designing effective training programs that drive business results.
