Soft Skills Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver customized soft skills training programs for aspirants across various industries.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in aspirants performance and develop targeted training solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with aspirants to understand their requirements and provide tailored learning experiences.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and effective communication techniques.
• Ability to analyze  needs using diagnostic tools such as assessments, surveys, or interviews.
