Role Description This is a temporary, on-site Soft Skills Trainer role based in Indore. The trainer will design and deliver interactive sessions on communication, teamwork, professional behavior, interview preparation, and workplace readiness for students and early professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning session content, conducting workshops, facilitating role-plays and group activities, and assessing learner performance through feedback, assignments, and presentations. The role involves collaborating with program coordinators to align training with curriculum goals, maintaining training records, and continuously improving content based on learner outcomes and industry trends. The trainer is expected to create an inclusive, engaging classroom environment that supports diverse learning styles and backgrounds.
Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and engage large groups.
• Demonstrated experience training or coaching learners in soft skills such as interpersonal communication, teamwork, time management, and professional etiquette.
• Proficiency in conducting workshops, role-plays, mock interviews, and group discussions, along with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Ability to design or adapt training materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools that are outcome-oriented and learner-focused.
• Comfort with basic digital tools and learning platforms for managing content, attendance, and learner performance.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a background in education, psychology, HR, or training and development is an advantage.
• Prior experience in corporate training, campus training, or employability programs is highly beneficial.
• Strong empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity, with a commitment to inclusive and non-discriminatory teaching practices.
