Soft Skills Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver soft skills training programs for corporate clients, focusing on communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in employee performance and develop customized training solutions to address them.
• Develop curriculum materials, such as presentations, handouts, and exercises, to support training sessions.
• Provide coaching and feedback to participants during the training process.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in corporate training or learning & development.
• Strong expertise in areas like communication training, personality development, and soft skills training.
• Ability to design engaging and interactive training programs that cater to diverse audiences.
