Soft Skills Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver customized soft skills training programs for clients across various industries.
• Conduct needs assessment to identify gaps in employee skills and develop targeted training solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored learning experiences.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and make necessary improvements.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, behavioral sciences, and psychology.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
