Soft Skills Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver soft skills training programs for corporate clients, focusing on communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in employee performance and develop customized training solutions to address them.
• Develop and maintain relationships with aspirants to understand their requirements and provide tailored learning experiences.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in corporate training or a related field.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies (e.g., ADDIE model).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Ability to analyze data from evaluation metrics such as surveys, focus groups, or quizzes.
