Soft Skills Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional skills training for students
• Conduct engaging training sessions on a range of professional, workplace, and career readiness competencies
• Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback
• Develop training content, activities, assessments, and learning resources
• Manage daily attendance and support the planning and execution of training events
• Collaborate with placement and academic teams

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, English, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Soft Skills, Learning & Development, or Corporate Training.
