Soft Skills Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver corporate training programs on soft skills, personality development, and communication
• Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop customized training solutions to address them.
• Develop curriculum materials, presentations, and assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in corporate training or learning & development.
• Strong understanding of soft skills such as communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving etc.
• Ability to design engaging training programs that meet business objectives.
• Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts simply.
