Soft Skills Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver customized soft skills training programs for age group of 18yrs to 25yrs.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in employee skills and develop targeted training solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored services.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and make necessary improvements.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, or related field.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and communication techniques.
