Soft Skills Trainer

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct soft skills and employability training sessions for students.
• Train students in English communication, presentation, and public speaking.
• Conduct personality development, interview skills, and group discussion sessions.
• Prepare students for campus placements and job interviews.
• Conduct mock interviews and provide individual feedback.
• Develop training materials, activities, presentations, and assessments.
• Monitor student performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Motivate and mentor students to improve confidence and professional behaviour.
• Coordinate with the Placement and Academic teams for student placement readiness.
• Maintain training records, attendance, assessments, and student progress reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline; relevant certification in Soft Skills/Training will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Soft Skills, Communication, Personality Development, or Employability Skills Trainer.
• Experience in EdTech, Education, Training, or Skill Development preferred.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong presentation, public speaking, and classroom management skills.
• Experience in interview preparation, GD, personality development, and placement training.
• Confident, energetic, professional, and student-focused approach.
• Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and motivational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint.
