Soft Skills Trainer - Immediate joiners (Chennai)

Role & responsibilities

Training Delivery

• Facilitate engaging soft skills training programs for employees across various levels.
• Deliver sessions on communication skills, presentation skills, customer service, business etiquette, time management, teamwork, and conflict resolution.
• Conduct induction and onboarding training for new hires.
• Manage both classroom and virtual training sessions effectively.

Content Development

• Design and update training materials, presentations, exercises, and assessments.
• Customize training modules based on business and learner requirements.
• Develop learning aids, case studies, role plays, and interactive activities.

Coaching & Development

• Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to employees.
• Identify skill gaps and recommend development plans.
• Support employees in improving communication, professionalism, and workplace effectiveness.

Training Evaluation

• Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback surveys, and performance metrics.
• Track learner progress and prepare training reports.
• Implement improvements based on participant feedback and business requirements.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business leaders, operations teams, and HR to identify training needs.
• Work closely with managers to support employee development initiatives.
• Participate in training calibration and quality improvement activities.

Process Improvement

• Continuously enhance training methodologies and learning experiences.
• Stay updated with industry trends and learning technologies.
• Drive employee engagement through innovative learning approaches.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and virtual training platforms.
