We're Hiring ! Soft Skills Trainer (Domestic)

Location: Bhayandar

Working Days: 6 days working | 1 week-off

Shift: Day Shift

CTC: Up to 6.00 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct training programs covering soft skills, communication, customer service and sales.
• Facilitate onboarding and refresher training for Customer Support and Sales associates.
• Deliver sessions on voice and accent, business communication, customer handling and sales conversations.
• Improve verbal and written communication skills across the team.
• Train agents on grammar, pronunciation, articulation, tone, pace and professional language.
• Enhance email, chat and call handling etiquette.
• Develop skills in empathy, active listening, rapport building and problem resolution.
• Improve customer experience and satisfaction scores.
• Design and update training modules, facilitator guides, assessments and role-play activities.
• Create customer service and sales-focused learning interventions.
