Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Executive Soft Services to manage and coordinate soft services operations at the site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, service quality, hygiene, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day soft services operations at the site.
• Supervise housekeeping, cleaning, pantry, pest control, waste management and other soft services.
• Manage and monitor manpower deployment, attendance and shift schedules.
• Ensure proper housekeeping standards, hygiene and cleanliness across the facility.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for smooth operations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with SOPs and client requirements.
• Handle client coordination and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain daily/monthly reports, checklists and service records.
• Monitor consumables, cleaning materials and equipment requirements.
• Ensure compliance with SOP, HSE and safety standards.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Support audits, inspections and other facility-related activities.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Diploma preferred.
• 26 years of experience in Soft Services / Facility Management.
• Experience in housekeeping and facility operations.
• Good manpower handling and vendor management skills.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
