The Facilities Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day facility operations, vendor coordination, maintenance activities, workplace services, health and safety compliance, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate (mandatory)
• Experience: 2-3 years in soft services/housekeeping operations
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance
• Preference for candidates with Internal Job Posting (IJP) experience

Roles Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping and cleaning operations
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers
• Conduct quality inspections and maintain hygiene standards
• Manage staff deployment and shift allocations
• Handle service requests and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain logs, reports, and compliance documentation

Work Details

• Schedule: 6 days per week
• Shift: Rotational shift
• 7AM-4PM
• 1PM-10PM
• 10PM-7AM
• Notice Period: Immediate Joiner
• Scheduled Weekly Hours: 48
