Soft Facility Executive

Role & responsibilities

Manage day-to-day soft services operations at the client site.

* Supervise housekeeping, pantry, waste management, pest control and other soft service activities.

* Manage and monitor housekeeping staff, including attendance, grooming, deployment and performance.

* Ensure proper cleaning standards and maintain hygiene across the facility.

* Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with SOPs, SLAs and client requirements.

* Coordinate with vendors and service providers for smooth execution of services.

* Maintain daily/monthly MIS reports related to manpower, attendance, consumables, complaints and service performance.

* Handle client queries, complaints and service requests and ensure timely resolution.

* Monitor inventory and consumption of housekeeping materials, chemicals and consumables.

* Ensure availability of required manpower as per the agreed deployment plan.

* Conduct toolbox talks, training and briefings for housekeeping staff.

* Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and statutory requirements.

* Coordinate with the client and internal teams for smooth day-to-day facility operations.

* Prepare and maintain documentation, checklists, inspection reports and other operational records.
