About this role
We are looking for a Social Media Strategist who understands creator culture, influencer marketing, social trends, and brand storytelling. This person will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that help creators, brands, and The Fabb List build meaningful audiences, increase engagement, and drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, analyst, and storyteller—someone who lives on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms while understanding what makes content perform. Key Responsibilities Content & Social Strategy Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and emerging platforms. Create monthly content calendars aligned with business and campaign goals. Identify content opportunities based on trends, creator insights, cultural moments, and industry developments. Build audience growth strategies for creators, brands, and company-owned channels. Influencer Marketing Strategy Design influencer marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Identify and recommend suitable influencers based on audience demographics, engagement, niche, and campaign objectives. Develop creator partnership strategies that maximize reach, engagement, and conversions. Monitor creator performance and campaign effectiveness. Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs including reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, watch time, conversions, and ROI. Analyze content performance and provide actionable recommendations. Create weekly and monthly performance reports for internal teams and clients. Monitor competitor activity and industry benchmarks. Trend & Market Research Stay ahead of creator economy trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes. Research emerging creators, content formats, and influencer marketing best practices. Identify viral content opportunities and recommend rapid-response campaigns. Campaign Planning Collaborate with content creators, designers, video editors, and marketing teams. Develop campaign briefs and content frameworks. Ensure campaigns align with brand objectives while maintaining creator authenticity.
