About this role
Before anything gets posted, someone has to decide what's worth posting. You'll build social strategies for clients: positioning, content pillars, formats, and the plan that ties them to business goals. Then you'll stay close enough to the execution to know whether it's working.
What we're looking for:
3+ years in social media strategy, content strategy or brand planning
A track record of social strategies that produced measurable results, with the numbers to show it
Strong grasp of audience research, competitor analysis and platform trends
Ability to turn a business objective into a content plan a team can actually execute
Confident presenting strategy to clients and defending the thinking behind it
Comfortable working alongside design, video and paid media. Strategy here is not a deck you hand over
