Content Planning & Publishing

• Prepare social media content calendars.
• Coordinate content creation with graphic designers and content writers.
• Publish and schedule posts across social media platforms.
• Ensure content consistency and quality.

Community Management

• Monitor comments, messages, and user interactions.
• Respond to customer queries and engagement requests.
• Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate team when required.
• Build and maintain positive online communities.

Brand Management

• Ensure consistent brand identity across platforms.
• Monitor brand mentions and audience sentiment.
• Protect and strengthen brand reputation.
• Support online reputation management initiatives.

Campaign Coordination

• Coordinate organic social media campaigns.
• Support paid campaign creatives in collaboration with the PPC Specialist.
• Work with the SEO Specialist to align content with SEO objectives.
• Coordinate with development teams for campaign landing pages when required.

Performance Monitoring

• Monitor engagement and reach.
• Analyze audience behavior.
• Track campaign performance.
• Recommend improvements based on performance data.
