Social Media Specialist

Promark Advertising LLP is looking for a creative and responsible Social Media Manager to manage client social media handles, plan content, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely execution of social media activities.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content planning, posting schedules, brand communication, audience engagement, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage social media handles for client brands across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
• Plan and maintain monthly social media content calendars
• Coordinate with content writers, designers, video editors, and production teams for timely content delivery
• Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaign content as per approved plans
• Write or review captions, hashtags, and basic post copies when required
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement
• Maintain brand tone, visual consistency, and posting quality across all handles
• Track social media performance, including reach, engagement, followers, and post response
• Prepare weekly/monthly social media reports for clients and internal review
• Research trends, competitor activities, hashtags, and platform updates
• Coordinate with clients for approvals, feedback, campaign updates, and content requirements
• Support festive campaigns, promotional posts, brand launches, and marketing activities

Requirements:

• Graduate in marketing, mass communication, media, business, or a related field
• 14 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or agency-side social media handling
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, reels, stories, and shorts
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, scheduling tools, and social media analytics
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
• Basic understanding of content planning, caption writing, hashtags, and audience engagement
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting formats
• Ability to manage multiple brand accounts and deadlines
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in an advertising agency, digital agency, or marketing team
• Basic knowledge of paid promotions and campaign execution
• Ability to coordinate with clients, designers, editors, and internal teams
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage daily execution
