Social Media Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content planning, social media management, audience engagement, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Create engaging captions, posts, reels, stories, and campaign ideas.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams.
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, competitors, and industry updates.
• Analyze social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, followers, impressions, and conversions.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and paid promotions.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual communication across platforms.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing/Management.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Strong knowledge of social media trends and content formats.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple clients/projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Canva or similar content creation tools will be an advantage.
